How much is it for delivery?
All orders are processed with a 'Standard Delivery’ fee of £4.95 or you also have the option of ‘Express Delivery’ for £8.
When should I expect my order?
- Standard Delivery orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, if ordered on a weekday.
- Express Delivery orders should arrive within 1-3 working days, if ordered on a weekday.
How much is it to get my furniture delivered?
'Small Furniture' items will be processed with a Standard Shipping fee of £30 and for 'Large Furniture' items this is charged at £60.
Can I 'Click & Collect'?
Yes! Select the 'Pick Up' option to collect from our store at 490 Great Western Road, Glasgow.
Where do you deliver?
We are currently only offering shipping to the UK due to the expected complications of overseas shipping as a result of Brexit. We are hoping to resume shipping to the EU and farther soon.
Can I make a return?
Yes, If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me via email at info@iamnomad.co.uk within 5 working days outlining the reason for your return, this then must be returned within 14 working days of receiving it. Gift-Cards and E-tickets are non-returnable.
Am I responsible for my return shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs for returning your item.
What do I do if my order is faulty?
If for some reason your item arrives and it is faulty or damaged please contact info@iamnomad.co.uk we will arrange a full refund of your order including your shipping cost.
