RETURNS  

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via email at info@iamnomad.co.uk within 5 working days of the delivery of your order outlining the reason for your return.

The order must be returned within 14 working days of receiving it, if you are over the 14 day limit unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note, we can only process refunds on full-priced items and Gift-Cards and E-tickets are non-returnable.

All items must be returned in the original packaging with tags and labels intact, in an un-used and re-sellable condition and the original dispatch note enclosed.

I AM NOMAD reserves the right to refuse the return of any item if it is determined to have been used or suffered unrecoverable wear and tear.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.

FAULTY ITEMS 

If for some reason your item arrives and it is faulty or damaged please contact info@iamnomad.co.uk we will arrange a full refund of your order including your shipping cost.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
