If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 0141 337 2791 within 14 days of the delivery of your order outlining the reason for your return.
Alternatively you can return your item to our shop on Great Western road within 14 days of purchase in conjunction with a valid receipt. An exchange or gift card may be granted within 28 days of purchase in the absence of a receipt.
Please note, we can only process refunds on full-priced items.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for any sale items, Gift-Cards and E-cards, earrings, magazines and beauty products
All items must be returned in the original packaging with tags and labels intact, in an un-used and re-sellable condition and the original dispatch note enclosed.
I AM NOMAD reserves the right to refuse the return of any item if it is determined to have been used or suffered unrecoverable wear and tear.
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
